Pennie's Story...
Hello I'm Pennie. I'm a cute little girl that is full of puppy energy. I'm learning how to properly walk on a leash. Going on walks is one of my favorite things! I also love to play and be petted. I can imagine running around playing with some kids and having a fun time. I would love to have a family to call my own. If interested in me please contact Ashley at ace_04@live.com or Linda at s.hoefing@mchsi.com. You can also call and leave a message on Linda's phone 712-246-3236 and she will return your call after work. They are willing to travel to find me the best forever home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pennie, a Shenandoah Cairn Terrier/Schnauzer (Miniature) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cairn Terrier/Schnauzer (Miniature) for sale in Shenandoah, or seeking a Cairn Terrier/Schnauzer (Miniature) puppy from a breeder in Shenandoah.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Shenandoah already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Shenandoah breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cairn Terrier/Schnauzer (Miniature) breeders who help with Cairn Terrier/Schnauzer (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Shenandoah paves the way for another one to be saved.
