Brandy's Info...

I am already spayed, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, not good with kids, and good with dogs.

Brandy's Story...
Please note that Brandy is currently in a foster home where things are going really well! - pending adoption.

Brandy is a beautiful long hair brown tabby with white. She is a petite little girl that is looking for a quiet home with no other cats or with another easy going cat that would give her space. Once she gets to know you she will greet you with her little meows. She is very laidback and would love to have someone that would encourage her to play. When she was in a foster home she was with small respectful dogs and did very well with them.

Brandy is currently taking medication to help with stress but could possibly be weaned off of it once she adjusts to her new home.

Five Acres Animal Shelter is open Tues-Fri from 2-6, Sat-Sun from 12-6, and closed Mondays.
Adoption fee: $75
I come spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, dewormed, and tested for FIV/FELV.

Brandy is available for our Foster to Adopt program which means you can take her home and try her out before committing to adopting to make sure it’s a good fit. If you would like to know further details about our Foster to Adopt program please talk to our feline staff by visiting Five Acres or calling us at 636-949-9918.

Brandy is currently in a foster home. We are hoping it becomes her furrever home, but check back just in case, or call us and we'll take your number down if you are interested as a back up.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Brandy, a St. Charles Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in St. Charles, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in St. Charles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in St. Charles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a St. Charles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in St. Charles paves the way for another one to be saved.
