Shaggy is a beautiful tri-color 4 month old Sheepdog/Terrier mix. He is very playful, so will need another dog to play with, as well as a fenced in yard. He has been great at his new foster home, playing with the other dogs, and giving loving kisses to his foster mom and dad. He is crate trained and about 98% housetrained, when taken out regularly. What a wonderful disposition he has, the perfect example of a happy, healthy puppy! Shaggy just came into foster care so we will update his bio as we learn more about him. Come and meet our Shaggy!

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Overland Park already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Overland Park breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
