Bonnie Purrker's Story...
Bonnie Purrker used to hang around the town bank(hence named after the real Bonnie Parker from Bonnie and Clyde, they robbed that bank in their heyday) later we learnt she had been a shop cat that escaped when the shop burned down and had wandered around town for years. She loves to be petted but just so and it is advisable she is adopted as a shop cat or by an experienced adopter/cat owner that will understand her ways. She's traumatized by the fire(terrified of anything similar like big noises, smoke, something seeping in her room under the door, etc) and must live indoors, never been out except for those years as a stray. She doesn't mind other cats as long as they leave her alone, will probably do better as an only cat or in a large home or shop with others(there were 2 cats in the store that burned down) Please contact Marta for more at HNM for more.

Our Adoption Process...
All our cats for adoption have a fee, paid when adopting.
The fee has been waived until 10/5/13 to celebrate the first year the Adoption Ctr was open.
Before the adoption is closed there'll be a home visit and after the pet is home a volunteer will check periodically to make sure everything is working all right. Both visits are arranged according to circumstances.
HNM does not adopt to persons under 18 years of age with some exceptions.
