RED's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, and good with cats.

RED's Story...
Red was discovered living with a colony of cats. We don't know how long he was outside but he's about 4-5 years old. We are sure he had a home before.

He's a gentle and sweet boy who seems to love all the cats he meets, and they all come to accept him with ease because he's not aggressive.

He loves walking by your side. He just wants to be near you. Red seeks affection and deserves a good loving home. He even likes belly rubs!

It would be great if he could go to a home that already had another kitty.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

RED, a Cranford American Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Shorthair for sale in Cranford, or seeking a American Shorthair cat from a breeder in Cranford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cranford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cranford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Shorthair breeders who help with American Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cranford paves the way for another one to be saved.
