Victoria's Story...
Victoria is an adorable little 8 week old kitten. She was born from a feral mother, who has recently been released back to her colony with caregivers providing her shelter and food. Her 2 babies, Victoria and Charlotte are ready for adoption. Victoria is extremely social and confident. She loves to play and thoroughly enjoys human attention. One just has to look at Victoria and she purrs. Victoria loves to be held and cuddled. Victoria is a tortoiseshell kitten that is considered a shorthair, though her fur is slightly longer than a typical shorthair cat.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Victoria, a Montreal Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Montreal, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Montreal.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Montreal already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Montreal breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Montreal paves the way for another one to be saved.
