Millie's Story...
Little Millie lived her whole life on a chain, exposed to all sorts of weather, and sadly neglected. Our rescue was able to take her in and now she is safe, warm and has lots of room to run and play! She is just beautiful. She is sweet and playful and would be a great addition to your family. Please note that Millie is being fostered in Tennessee; therefore, it would not be possible to meet her prior to adoption. The $425 adoption fee covers the cost of spaying, all immunizations and transport to your area.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Millie, a White Plains Labrador Retriever/Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Boxer for sale in White Plains, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Boxer dog from a breeder in White Plains.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in White Plains already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a White Plains breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Boxer breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in White Plains paves the way for another one to be saved.
