My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

To adopt Beau, you must complete an Adoption Application located at www.NCYorkieRescue.org under the Forms tab at the top of the page.

Beau is a beautiful 1 - 2 year old, 10 pound purebred yorkshire terrier. He is absolutely the sweetest little guy and loves to spend time with his owner. Brody came from a Puppy Mill over a month ago and has made such progress! His living conditions were deplorable and he was forced to endure many unpleasant ordeals, but, Beau is a survivor and very resilient. He has an outstanding temperament and has become a very good natured, happy dog. He is somewhat shy intially, and will take some time to warm up to people. But, once he does, his true yorkie personality will emerge. He has been fully vetted; micro chipped and is up to date on all of his shots. Beau will make a wonderful addition to any family but will need a great deal of patience, love and lots of TLC! And he has a lovely full coat when it grows out.

We do not make money on the yorkies we adopt to new families, we use whatever remaining money we have to help other yorkies in need. NC Yorkie Rescue, Inc. is a small group of dedicated and sincere yorkie lovers. We take all yorkies, regardless of age or health issues. We are in the process of applying for our 501(c)(3) and are a non-profit group. A home visit may be performed before the adoption is approved and an adoption application must be submitted and approved as well. All of our yorkies come with complimentary training sessions, either by a personal visit to the office or a telephone consultation, to help their transition into their new home. Please contact NCYorkieRescue@AOL.com for more information and be sure to visit www.NCYorkieRescue.org and fill out an adoption application, located on the top of the page - FORMS, to be eligible for adoption. Thank you for wanting to adopt a rescued yorkie, and please always spay and neuter your pets!
