Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Jupiter is a beautiful male, light brindle colored Boxer/Mastiff mix. He weighs about 75 pounds and is between 2-3 years old. He is extremely loving and friendly with people and is a very happy boy with a playful personality. He LOVES other dogs and gets along with just about every male or female. He would be an AMAZING companion dog as he is very submissive and respectful of other dogs. He also shares his foster home with cats and does well with them too, he just tries to get them to play! He is a very sweet boy that would make a wonderful addition to any home that is looking to add a loving dog to their family.
Jupiter is an extremely smart boy who is crate-trained, housebroken, knows his basic commands such as sit, stay and down and is also learning to walk nicely on a leash. He also rides perfectly in the car and usually just lays down and falls asleep. He is such a good boy, that with just a little bit of effort, he would easily integrate into just about any dog-loving home.
He is healthy, neutered, de-wormed, up-to-date on vaccines, micro-chipped, and heartworm-tested. If you would like to meet and possibly adopt Jupiter, please email Melia at melia88@comcast.net to get an adoption application. To ask specific questions of his foster mom, please contact Jenna at jennaelise02@yahoo.com. He is currently in a foster home in Naperville, IL and he would love to have a forever home to call his own. His adoption donation of $200 benefits the rescued dogs of Lucky Dog Rescue.
If you are not able to foster or adopt....you can still help by "SPONSORING" Jupiter and making a donation at the following link to help us continue caring for him until an adoptive home can be found: http://luckydogs.chipin.com/sponsor-jupiter
