INITIAL BIO 1/9/2011: Hi, my name is Cinnamon!!! They say I am the first yorkie boy to be rescued in UYR in 2011! Woo-hoo! Does that mean I am like the New Year's Baby? Well, I am 8 months old and weigh just 7.3 lbs. I am being fostered in Boynton Beach, FL.
My Foster Mommy told me I was rescued from a high kill shelter. eek!! Boy am I happy she came for me. I am a very happy, playful boy. My very favorite thing to do is chase my rubber bone. I bring it back every time and sometimes tease FM with it. If she ignores me I just lay right down with that bone and wait patiently until she throws it again. I think I could chase that bone all day long if she would let me! I do not like to share my bones with my foster brother Charlie Brown, but FM takes them away from me all the time (and I let her) because I know she isn’t a dog like me. (I'm very smart, you know). I get along well with other dogs, but sometimes I get a little bossy. FM thinks it's because both Charlie and I aren't nootered and that will improve once I have my surgery. I pay very good attention to my FM and definitely know she is the boss over me. I like that so I can become the best dog ever!
I really really would love to have a forever home with a back yard I can run in and someone who is not gone all day because I don’t like being left alone. I am ALMOST housebroken and do most of my business outside (FM said my surgery might help that too!) Oh yeah, one more thing...……my FM says I am a very good dog with lots of potential and am very cute!
