LJ has been with our rescue for a number of years now. She was a bit like a grumpy old lady but now with her diagnosis of hypothyroidism and taking the right meds, she is becoming happier and healthier
She is playful, engaging, and loves to cuddle.
as soon as you approach her- her purr motor starts and does not stop till you are pout of sight!
She prefers to be a solo pet-- does not get along with other cats at all!

Because we are an all-volunteer organization, and many of us have full-time jobs outside of our volunteer activities, it may be a few days before someone can respond to your email. We always try to reply as soon as possible.

About Our Rescue Group...
13th Street Cats is an all volunteer organization dedicated to improving the lives of feral and social cats and reducing the population by TNR – Trap, Neuter, Return in Santa Clara County. Kittens and cats that can be socialized are taken into foster care while waiting adoption. With a no kill philosophy, 13th St Cats is pleased to be able to rescue these homeless animals who might otherwise end up in a local kill shelter, helping to reduce euthanasia rates.

We hold adoption fairs at Petsmart Campbell (CA) almost every Saturday, noon to 4pm; as well as at Petsmart Coleman (San Jose, CA) on one weekend a month.

Our Adoption Process...
Our application is available on our website or at our adoption fairs. We do deliiveries of our cats to their new homes to help ensure a successful transition.
