Felix's Story...
Felix is a polydactyl kitty, meaning he has more digits on his paws than the average cat. Felix has 7 digits on his front paws and 6 on his back paws. Hes a mitten kitten. Felix loves to give hugs. He will climb with his paws up your chest and place his paws on your shoulders and snuggle his face on yours. Felix gets along well with other cats. He hasnt been around dogs, though. Felix is a very curious cat. He likes to explore. Felix has a very sweet, high-pitched meow, like a kitten. Felix can get scared of new surroundings and new situations. His eyes will become big, and he will hide in his bed. But in just a couple days he will relax and be very friendly. Felix is going to be 3 years old, so he loves to play. He gets quite rambunctious and may nip your fingers when hes feeling frisky. He also likes to give love bites, meaning he will grasp your hand in his mouth, not breaking the skin, then let go. But he's not being mean, just showing affection in his own way. Felix is sponsored by Pete N.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Felix, a Milwaukee Hemingway/Polydactyl cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hemingway/Polydactyl for sale in Milwaukee, or seeking a Hemingway/Polydactyl cat from a breeder in Milwaukee.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Milwaukee already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Milwaukee breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hemingway/Polydactyl breeders who help with Hemingway/Polydactyl rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Milwaukee paves the way for another one to be saved.
