Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Minnie is a lovely Yellow Labrador Retriever and Shepherd, about 5-6 years. Minnie was living with her former guardian in a van when she came to our attention. Being homeless, her person could no longer care for her and asked us to take her. The lady somehow AKC trained Minnie, and she knows sit, stay, off, down, kennel, and much more.
Minnie is a very sweet, loyal girl who loves to give kisses and rub her face against your leg. She’s a big cuddle bug who would love to cuddle under the covers with you at bedtime. Being very loyal and a great protector, Minnie will bark when she senses disturbances around her house, but she is not a nuisance barker and only barks at things out of the ordinary. While she loves large male dogs, it would still be nicest if she could be the “only child”, and if not, at least share a home with a mellow boy pup, probably no kitties, and best with older kids.
While we think she’s gorgeous, people may think she is plain looking so this completely loving girl has been overlooked for almost three years. Please adopt Minnie and give her the happy life she’s been missing. Minnie weighs 48 pounds, is spayed, vaccinated, and housetrained.
