My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mack is a perfect 5 year old, 15 pound male shorty (10" at shoulders) JRT. He could lose a few pounds...too many mashed potatoes at Christmas apparently! He is very light heartworm positive which is easily treatable with monthly Heartguard or Iverhart Max heartworm preventative and leaves no long term effects.
Look up "sweet" in the dictionary, and there is Mack!! He is well mannered, house trained, and gets along with other dogs. Mack has such soft short hair. He is friendly, loving, and ready to go to his new home. He is a cuddle bug who enjoys a good movie while calmly and quietly nestling in your lap. However, romping and exploring the backyard are also included on his daily activities. With his calm nature in mind, Mack could be an apartment dog. He would need lots of walks because he LOVES to eat!!
