My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

DOB 8-14-10 DOB 8-14-10 STEVIE – Hi! You are looking at my picture and saying “He looks different.” So, let me tell you our story. My siblings (Timmy and Tracy) and I were discovered under some steps at a school by a very caring and kind teacher. Our mother cat was missing and there were two male cats that were trying to protect us. Friends of Felines were called to come and rescue us. We were taken to a vet and tested for FIV and Felv and were found to be healthy, except for our eyes. We were born without eye lids. We then were taken to an eye specialist that agreed to do our eye surgeries. Bev and her daughter, Amy, took us in to foster and have taken care of us through all our surgeries. Our eye doctor has since fallen in love with us because we are such special and loving kittens. We are so grateful to be alive even though we are handicapped. I am totally blind, but don’t feel sorry for me because I have a good life and do okay. I will find you by the sound of your voice or if you stay still my little nose will go to the ground and I turn into a bloodhound. I know when Amy gets out the feather to play with me, because I can hear it. Yes, I can play and purr and cuddle and do most everything other kittens can do. I also know that there is a special person out there, which will adopt a special kitten like me and take care of me furever. Will that person be you? If so, call Bev on 301-855-7993.
