Rock's Story...
DOB August 25, 2010. Rock and his brother Roland are gorgeous, shiny black twins. These guys look like sleek little spider monkeys and play like them too. Both love to cuddle and head-butt and they seem to be purring constantly. They will likely be long, slinky cats when they grow up as they already have long skinny tails and the elongated face that is common among the Siamese variety. Like most brothers Rock and Roland (R & R for short) play-fight a lot but they also snuggle together for naps. The boys would love to grow up together in a warm, loving home with some warm, loving people!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rock, a Toronto Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Toronto, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Toronto.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Toronto already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Toronto breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Toronto paves the way for another one to be saved.
