Ava Sr.'s Story...
Ava Sr. is a young adult Beagle/Lab mix. She is active and happy, ready to do whatever YOU want to do, be it take a hike or relax and enjoy the day. She was born probably the end of 2009, estimated.
Ava is beautiful in soul as well as personality! She is kid and cat friendly, a bigger dog in a smaller package. Ava came to us very pregnant and was the best mom! Now all of her puppies have a home...Ava has done her job well and needs that special family she can call her own. Once you are rewarded with that Ava smile and a look from those beautiful eyes so full of love...you will be blessed the day you brought her into your life.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ava Sr., a Naugatuck Labrador Retriever/Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Beagle for sale in Naugatuck, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Beagle dog from a breeder in Naugatuck.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Naugatuck already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Naugatuck breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Beagle breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Naugatuck paves the way for another one to be saved.
