Buddy Boy's Info...

I am already neutered, in need of an experienced adopter, and up to date with shots.

Buddy Boy's Story...
Buddy Boy was found as a stray....he stumbled into a yard where a nice elderly couple took him in. He is an outside dog and is very shy at first. Once he gets to know you his tail wags and he is your best friend! We need a foster or permanent home for Buddy Boy where the person/family has some patience to allow Buddy Boy some time to get to know them. He will make a great friend for another dog or a pal to help you with your yard work around the house. Buddy Boy has not had much experience with kind people in his short life so we hope he gets that chance soon! We believe him to be about 1-2 years old and has lived the hard life of a much older dog. His pictures don't do him justice! He is a handsome boy you have to meet to believe!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buddy Boy, a Homestead Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Homestead, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Homestead.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Homestead already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Homestead breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Homestead paves the way for another one to be saved.
