Heff's Story...
Hi! I was named Heff because I’m a big hit with the ladies!! I am a stunning 1 year old American Staffordshire terrier/Weimaraner weighing 40 pounds with a very unusual beautiful taupe colored coat and light green eyes.

I’m very friendly and great on a leash, so when I am walked down the street everyone stops to pet me. I know I am adorable and I handle my attention with class, standing calmly and giving kisses while they admire and stroke me.

I’m great with other dogs too and cats and I never bark or whine. I have a big heart and love attention. I am ready to play when you are, but am perfectly happy lazing on the couch with my head in your lap getting my tummy. All I want is to find that special someone to love forever!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Heff, a Long Beach American Staffordshire Terrier/Weimaraner dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Staffordshire Terrier/Weimaraner for sale in Long Beach, or seeking a American Staffordshire Terrier/Weimaraner dog from a breeder in Long Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Long Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Long Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Staffordshire Terrier/Weimaraner breeders who help with American Staffordshire Terrier/Weimaraner rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Long Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
