Leo's Story...
Leo was abandoned when his owners moved away. Despite his past, he has proven to be a loving, loyal, well behaved dog.

Leo is fostered with kids, cats, and other dogs, and does great with all of them. He is definitely a good watch dog. He is housebroken and crate trained, but doesn't really need to be crated. He has no food or handling issues at all. He walks perfectly on a leash and would likely do well with offleash training as well.

Leo's ideal family would be one where someone is home often, or where there is another dog that he can hang out with. He loves to be with his people, and loves to be with other dogs as well.

If you're looking for a gentle giant, Leo is the boy for you!

All of our dogs are UTD on all shots including rabies, heartworm tested, spayed/neutered, and microchipped.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Leo, a Milwaukee Rottweiler/Doberman Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler/Doberman Pinscher for sale in Milwaukee, or seeking a Rottweiler/Doberman Pinscher dog from a breeder in Milwaukee.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Milwaukee already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Milwaukee breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler/Doberman Pinscher breeders who help with Rottweiler/Doberman Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Milwaukee paves the way for another one to be saved.
