Peppermint Pattie Lapcat's Story...
We have several young mother cats now in rescue. All of them have had a litter of kittens and were them left behind. These mama cats are in need loving homes. They are FIV/ FeLV tested and up to date on shots/ deworm/ deflea. All a spayed. And we only ask $45 to $75 (sliding scale) each to help us cover those expenses! If you see a mama cat that you would like to give a furrever home to, please don't wait! We can only rescue more mamas and babies if these are placed!! Mama Peppermint Pattie... that's a mouthful! But, she's really just a quiet little lap cat. Enjoys being petted or lying in a sunspot. Tolerates the antics of the older, more dominant cats.
Please help us care for our mama cats:

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Peppermint Pattie Lapcat, a Cincinnati Persian cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Persian for sale in Cincinnati, or seeking a Persian cat from a breeder in Cincinnati.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cincinnati already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cincinnati breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Persian breeders who help with Persian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cincinnati paves the way for another one to be saved.
