Massimo's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Massimo's Story...
Massimo is unbelievably attractive. He is such a gorgeous dog, with a perfect Staffie head, ears, and mouth. He is gentle to play with, he responds to verbal correction and he loves to be handled. He is good with other dogs, he loves to go for rides in the car and he is learnign the joys of playing with a tennis ball. He chews on the treats he should, and not the blankets he shouldn't. He is strong, approximately 2 years old, and will require an owner that is capable of handling him. He has been impounded almost a month and needs to be placed soon.
UPDATE: 02/04/2011 Massimo has been adopted into a warm and responsible home. His new owner appreciates the beauty of his enormous head, and loves his gladiator style body!

Act quickly to adopt Massimo. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Massimo, a Bloomfield American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Bloomfield, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Bloomfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bloomfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bloomfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bloomfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
