Maggie is a spayed, 5-year old tan with black Shepherd/Rottweiler mix who weighs about 46 lbs. She is a shy, sweet girl. She was fun to watch as she recently took a car trip. It seemed like it was almost her first time in a vehicle. She was a bit unsure at first, but once she got moving, she seemed to love it--no barking or whining. She loves to go for walks and would probably do well with a Sensation harness. She seems to interact well with other dogs. She is looking for her special forever home.
Maggie is currently available at the County Department of Animal Services at 5480 Gaines St. in San Diego. You can come by and meet her Tuesday through Saturday from 9:30-5:30. Closed Sundays, Mondays and Holidays. For more information, go to http://www.sddac.com .
