Penny, Bella and Pasha's Story...
Please Help Us!

A long time ago the nice people at Heaven’s Edge Cat Sanctuary rescued us from an old barn. My sister Bella and I both had litters of kittens, but they took us in anyway. Eventually, all of our babies were adopted into happy homes except for one, Pasha. So Heaven's Edge Cat Sanctuary looked high and low for a nice home to adopt Pasha or me and my sister. Then a very nice woman and her daughter came and adopted all three of us together and we lived in a happy home for two years. Now that nice woman, that we now call mommy, is sadly getting divorced from our daddy. They are fighting over the house and we have to leave soon. Mommy called the nice people who rescued us and they agreed to take us back, but mommy knew we couldn’t go back to a shelter after living in such a nice home and getting all the love and attention we deserved. So she is holding the house as long as she can until we find a new home. Please help me, my sister Bella, and my son Pasha by adopting us into your home. We would love to be adopted together. We are so sweet, and we always use our litter boxes. We promise to love you until the end of our days. If you can’t help us, please pass this flyer onto someone who might be able to be our new mommy and daddy. We get along with other pets and children, so we can fit in almost anywhere! We are all fixed and up to date on our shots. Also mama trained us to go to our room when she claps her hands and says "its bed time kitties!" so we are very clever. By the way, my sister and I are a little over two and my baby is one and a half. Thank you so much for reading our story, please help us.

- Love Bella, Penny, & Pasha

Penny and Bella are brown tabby females with striking green eyes and Pasha is a Siamese mix male. His dad was a pure bred Siamese that was dumped at the old barn and he resembles him with his beautiful blue eyes and white fur. If you e-mail me your phone number I can text you a great picture of all three of them together. I can't get it on the computer but if your interested I would love to send it to your phone for you! Thanks =)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Penny, Bella and Pasha, a Finleyville Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Finleyville, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Finleyville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Finleyville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Finleyville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Finleyville paves the way for another one to be saved.
