My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Delilah came to BHRG from Murray County Animal Control. She is a 3 to 4 year old tri-colored girl. She is up-to-date on her vaccinations and will be spayed soon. She is housetrained with a dog-door. Delilah is the mother of the five pups BHRG received from Murray County (Mariah is still waiting for a home). She's a complete "people dog". She loves to be around her foster family, and will follow you from room-to-room. She's a couch-snuggler and loves to dog-wrestle with her foster brother. Delilah is a nester, spending 20-30 minutes arranging her blankets in the perfect arrangement around her. If she doesn't have a blanket/pallet, she'll spend just as long trying to fluff and arrange the carpet around her. She loves rawhide chewies, and will try to hide them behind all the sofa-cushions for later snacking. She is a very picky eater of dog-food, and is a huge begger for people treats and snacks. She loves white bread and cheese slices, and has even snatched these out of the mouths of her foster brothers/sister. She is adept at snagging stuff off the kitchen counter, so be careful if you're making a sandwich and turn your back for even a second. She gets whiny and howly when you leave her alone to go to work. She'd be happier with another dog for company, especially one who loves to play as much as she does.
