Tux's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Tux's Story...
Tux is a very loving, happy 5 year old who was adopted when a puppy by a family who is no
longer able to provide a proper home for him, he is a happy boy who likes to play and most of
all spend time with his family. He is shy around other dogs at first but quickly adjusts, a little
rough when playing so he would not be good with small children. Tux is neutered and housebroken, he'd make a wonderful family addition.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tux, a Colorado Springs Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Colorado Springs, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Colorado Springs.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Colorado Springs already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Colorado Springs breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Colorado Springs paves the way for another one to be saved.
