My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Introducing Jethro! Jethro is a purebred (block-head) Labrador retriever, approx 15 month's old

This stunning black beauty was rescued from a high-kill shelter they day he was
to be put to sleep after being abandoned by his owners along with his
housemate. Classic labrador personality--wanting to play, wanting to please,
wanting you to direct him. As the trainer says, "Jethro is a nice dog".
Loves to find rain puddles, and his big webbed paws lead us to believe he will
be the next Micheal Phelps once he gets in a pool. Good with other dogs. Loves
to run! Jethro has completed a two week board and train, and future owner will
need to continue with his training as he is still very much a puppy that needs
to be reminded to control his energy and enthusiasm for life. Still a puppy at
15 months and a bigger boy (about 80 lbs), so would probably best with children age 10 and older.

Jethro will arrive to you neutered and UTD on all of his shots and vaccines. He will be arriving to Danbury, CT on 2/12/11. His adoption fee is $450.00

To apply for Jethro or to view our other dogs and puppies, please see our website: www.labrescuenetwork.com and be sure to reference "Jethro" on your application.
