Minka von Munster's Story...
Minka von Munster is an adorable 12 month old German Shepherd mix. She has the proud ears of a German Shepherd and a regal bearing, just a more compact version. Minka is around 45 pounds; she is so calm and wonderful. You can feel like a masterful dog handler taking her for a walk. Actually your baby finger can do it all. We took her out for a walk with Winston, they loved each other immediately, they would make a dream couple, he is well built, short, dark and handsome, she is petite and blond. We took Minka into a room with cats, she couldn’t understand why the feral cat didn’t like her but she wasn’t about to push the issue. She is a wonderful dog who would make a great and easy addition to any family.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Minka von Munster, a Los Angeles German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
