AFTER WE HAVE AN APPLICATION ON FILE WE WILL COMMUNICATE SPECIFICS ABOUT THAT PARTICULAR DOG. WE ARE A SMALL RESCUE, OVERWHELMED BY THE NUMBER OF DOGS WE HAVE IN OUR FOSTER PROGRAM AND ARE UNABLE TO ANSWER OR CALL UNTIL WE HAVE AN ADOPTION APPLICATION.
Stevie is a 5 month old male who has been with our rescue for the last 2 months battling Parvo.
Stevie was purchased by a family who could not afford his puppy shots after purchasing Stevie for $1500.00 Only one week late for his shots and he developed Parvo. Their solution?>>>Put him to sleep. Fortunately the emerbency vet refused and called our rescue. Stevie was transferred to our vet facility with the help of wonderful volunteers, IV's and all. Initially, his condition was guarded but he rallied and has made a full recovery.
Stevie will be getting neutered in the next few days and will then be ready for adoption.
He's a very energetic boy with loads of personality and curiosity.
