Hello World,
My name is Mackenzie and I'm a very sweet, smart and fun-loving bichon mix about one year old. My foster Mom says I am fifteen pounds of love with lots of energy thrown in – and that I’m a playful little beauty! I’m also very entertaining and fun to have around.
Mom says I’m housebroken (really and truly), love to ride in the car, enjoy being brushed and really love to walk and also to run (while I’m on my leash, of course!) I also love to play fetch. Soft cushy toys are my favorite and I play furiously and energetically with them. In fact I like playing fetch so much that I will even play fetch by myself if you are not around (or don’t care to play fetch with me!) I also like to stand on my back legs and twirl around, kind of like a dancer. You see why Mom says I’m entertaining?!
Dad says I’m smart, loveable, funny and learn new things very quickly. I also enjoy playing and hanging out with my doggy foster sisters. When I see new dogs on walks, however,that takes some getting used to – so Mom and Dad are working with me on that so that I will be more confident and comfortable in new situations.
I like to cuddle and to sleep in the big bed although I’m also crate trained. I have good manners and am anxious to please. Although I am a bit of a barker I do stop when told to do so (‘cause I’m still learning and ‘cause I want to please.)
Dad and Mom know that there is a special family looking for a sweet and loving little girl like me – one who will help me to grow into the bestest girl I can be. Oh and if there is another furkid or two that would be just wonderful!
