Hi Everyone,
My name is Spunky and that rhymes with Monkey but I’m really a darling little bichon of about six. I’m 15 pounds of love in a very cute white package and I’m happy, housebroken and very calm. My foster Mom and my human sisters think I’m the bestest little boy they ever met. They call me Spunky the Cute and Spunky the Cuddler. (Can you tell they like me?)
Mom says I’m a great traveler and that I like ball parks, stores and running errands. I love to ride in the car (I’m a perfect gentleman) and to go on walks. She says I walk beautifully and never pull on the leash (because gentlemen don’t) Most of all I enjoy being outside or inside with my people. Dad says I’m affectionate and very loving – and mellow and calm. He says I get along great with kids and other dogs – but he’s not sure if I’d be good with elephants or giraffes. Fortunately there aren’t any of them in our neighborhood. Whew!
I know my way in and out of the car, up and down the stairs and I don’t bark. Mom says when you approach me I roll over on my back and wait for a belly rub. You know I get them that way too – she says I’m too irresistible to pass up.
When I see the kids I’m quick to give them kisses. That’s my way of telling them I love them. They love me too and give me lots of pets on the head, belly rubs and some treats too. But the best treat of all to me is companionship. I’m just happiest when there is someone around.
So if you are looking for a little guy to ride with, talk sunny walks, snuggle on the couch with and who will just love and adore you then look no further. I’m just waiting to meet you and fall in love.
