Trixie's Story...
Hello darlings my name is Trixie. I am a beautiful Sheep Dog mix. What I am I mixed with you ask? Well that's a good question. Who knows! I know that I am a fancy lady and I live on a farm with lots of kids and critters that I'm supposed to watch out for. I'm pretty cool with that but there's a chicken here that's not quite right in the head. They think he fell off the chicken truck and I would rather live with you so I don't have to deal with him. He's nuts! I was born on Nov. 20 and I'm ready to be your forever pup.

To find out more information about this pup please email us at Dogsnharmony@gmail.com We will provide information about our process/paperwork and you can request an application there as well. Thank you and we look forward to helping you find your new fur-ever friend!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Trixie, a Salem Old English Sheepdog/Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Old English Sheepdog/Labrador Retriever for sale in Salem, or seeking a Old English Sheepdog/Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Salem.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Salem already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Salem breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Old English Sheepdog/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Old English Sheepdog/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Salem paves the way for another one to be saved.
