Meet Maxwell

I have been adopted.

Maxwell is a Malti poo. His hair is more like a Poodle than Maltese.
Maxwell’s owner surrendered him to YSDR because her 18 month old child fell on him and hurt him. After the fall, he was afraid of her and would growl but never snapped.

Since Maxwell has been in foster care, he has been with other dogs and children and there has been no problem with him at all. He is house trained, very mellow and loving. Maxwell will talk to you when he is being cuddled.

Maxwell loves to go on walks and has even been camping. Maxwell will be 4 years old in Feb. Maxwell weighs 13 lbs, is up to date on shots, has had a dental, is neutered, microchipped, and heart worm free.

If you want a sweet dog that may take a little time to adjust to a new home, please consider Maxwell. He is a great little dog.
