This sweet girl is new to our shelter and will be available for a standard adoption on 02/08/11 or an early bird adoption (add $50 but get first pick) one day prior. We haven't gotten to spend much time with her yet and don't know much about her. Once we've had time to get to know her, we will update the information in this posting. In the meantime, feel free to email us at for more information about adopting this pooch. Be sure to include the information in the Name field so we know who you're asking about.
KC Angel Rescue is generous enough to allow us to post these dogs on their websites. Lana is currently located at a local KC municipal shelter that unfortunately has to euthanize dogs due to the high intake and lack of adoptable homes. Please consider adopting this deserving dog and giving them a chance at a loving home and a long life.
Please do not contact KC Angel Rescue, instead contact 913.963.4656 to learn more about this great dog! WE ANSWER CALLS IMMEDIATELY OR RETURN CALLS WITHIN 2 HOURS.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Courtesy List-Lana, a Kansas City Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Kansas City, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Kansas City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Kansas City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Kansas City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Kansas City paves the way for another one to be saved.
