Brody's Story...
Howdy! My name is Brody and I am two year old "Brat" terrier - ha! That's a boston/rat terrier cross - pretty clever huh!?
I am a fun, sweet, cool dude looking for a new place to hang my hat. I do great with other doggies and kitties and I'm just an all around fun lovin' type of dude. You wanna tear it up at the dog park? Me too! You wanna snuggle up and watch Clueless for the 110th time? Me too! Let's meet up!

So I'm a typical terrier and I don't always love to share my food, hey, see what happens when I take your chocolate cake, and its really no biggie it just means that kids in the home should be 12 or over.
I am fixed, vaccinated and microchipped. My adoption fee is $200
I am living in foster care so contact the pixie project if you would like to meet me!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Brody, a Portland Boston Terrier/Rat Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boston Terrier/Rat Terrier for sale in Portland, or seeking a Boston Terrier/Rat Terrier dog from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boston Terrier/Rat Terrier breeders who help with Boston Terrier/Rat Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
