Shepherd (Unknown Type) Mix Dog for adption in New Hartford, Connecticut - SHAY

SHAY's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

SHAY's Story...
Shay and her sister Storm are beautiful shepherd or shepherd mixes; they will be a year old in April. The girls will be about 45-50 lbs. as adults. They are both energetic girls; they crate well and they're house trained. They would be good with little kids. They have never tried to bite or mouth anybody. They get along well with other dogs. They are really into each other. They even chew on opposite ends of the same bone. They like nylabones. Having chew toys keeps them from chewing on what they shouldn't. They would love to stay together, but can be seperated. They are fully vetted, up to date on all shots, spayed, and heartworm negative. Adoption fee is $425; to apply, please visit our website at and submit an online application.

About L.A.B. Rescue & Adoption Network

About Our Rescue Group...

Our experienced and dedicated volunteers donate their spare time and resources to rescue, rehabilitate, foster, and re-home homeless dogs at risk of being euthanized at area and rural kill shelters. Our volunteers are just like you; they have careers, families, hobbies, but ultimately each person felt drawn to help better the lives of animals in their own community and beyond. Our volunteers receive no monetary payment for their activities. Instead, their reward is the knowledge that a dog's life has been saved that otherwise would have been lost.

Come Meet Our Pets...

To apply, please go to and complete an online adoption application. We are also actively seeking temporary foster homes for our babies.

For more information, please contact Suzanne Bristol @ 860-309-7611 or, Patti Walden at, or Sally McAninch at

We look forward to meeting and working with you!

Our Adoption Process...

Please go to and submit a free, online application. Once we receive your application, one of our volunteers will either call or email you, and work with you to find the right pet for your family! All of our dogs are fully vetted, spayed/neutered, up to date on all shots, fully wormed, and ready for their forever homes. Our Adoption Contract is standard, and we do require a vet reference and a home visit in most cases.
