Oliver's Story...
Oliver ( aka Ollie) is unique looking with his mask like marking on his face. He is very affectionate and will most likely be a lap cat because when I am in the bedroom with him, he is right by my side or on my lap looking for some petting. He is approximately 7-8 months old and is neutered, up to date on shots and tested negative for leukemia. It would be great if he can be adopted with one of his siblings or into a home with another cat so he will have a playmate. He washes his siblings’ faces and cuddles up to them so he will get along with other cats. If you can provide Ollie with his forever home, please contact his foster mom Jen at (610) 509-5036 for more information.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Oliver, a Catasauqua Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Catasauqua, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Catasauqua.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Catasauqua already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Catasauqua breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Catasauqua paves the way for another one to be saved.
