My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

INITIAL BIO 02/11/2011: Stella is an adorable 18 month old black yorkie-poo. She weighs a thin 7.5 lbs and should probably be between 8-8.5 lbs to be healthier. She is being fostered in Key West, FL.

Stella was surrendered by her owners who could no longer care for her. She is all black with a very very small white patch on her neck. She is friendly, playful with other dogs, and is reportedly good with kids. She isn't a very talkative dog so far, and she loves to snuggle. In fact, she loves to share the bed with you at night. She has had a couple of accidents in the foster home, but if she is walked immediately after waking and given positive reinforcement when she potties outside, she is going to learn very quickly (she IS part poodle after all, and they're pretty darn smart) what is expected of her.

Stella is up to date on all vaccines. She has gotten a great checkup and is ready to go. Stella is getting a professional grooming today; so please check back later for new pics of this lovely princess!
