Here's what the humans have to say about me:

2-11-033 Duke – male, vet checked, vaccinated to date inclu. Rabies, altered, dewormed, tx flea preventative, heartworm tested (-), 1YR, Australian Shepherd/Lab mix.
Duke is an energetic but well mannered boy. He loves to get out and run around in the backyard or the fenced off leash parks. Australian Shepherds are an intellignet breed that like to keep both their minds and bodies busy so an active and creative owner would be great for Duke. He is a great activity partner and would also excel at obediance, agility or other fun tricks you can teach him. Duke gets along well with other dogs, cats and respectful children. He is house trained and crate trained, he sleeps in his crate at night and when left alone but would likely be fine given free roam once used to his new home. Duke enjoys his daily walks and play time so that he can come inside and just relax with his family. He’d be great as a second dog or on his own. Duke needs a house with a fenced yard.
What do we want in an adopter for Duke? An active family and a house with a fenced yard.
