Black Beauty's Story...
Black Beauty is a 4-5yo black bi Aussie mix female. She is great with cats and children and gets along with most other dogs. Beauty is a bit more on the independant side. She likes to lay around and do her own thing. Beauty - She is BEAUTIFUL! Pretty big, about 60-65 pounds. She is such a lover. Always looking for anyone to pet her. She doesn't play much with toys. She doesn't know any commands, but she has learned her name and comes when she is called. We are working on sit right now. She is mostly black with a couple white spots (including her "milk mustache") and brown accents. She has been left out at our house during the day, and has only had 1 accident. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Black Beauty, a Blooming Prairie Australian Shepherd/Belgian Shepherd dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd/Belgian Shepherd for sale in Blooming Prairie, or seeking a Australian Shepherd/Belgian Shepherd dog from a breeder in Blooming Prairie.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Blooming Prairie already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Blooming Prairie breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd/Belgian Shepherd breeders who help with Australian Shepherd/Belgian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Blooming Prairie paves the way for another one to be saved.
