Griffin's Story...
Griffin appeared at someone's doorstep looking for a place to stay and something to eat. It appears she is another pet dumped or abandoned by her owners--no owner could be found. Her estimated birthdate is 2/15/04 and she weighs about 10 lb. Griffin has been examined by a vet, is healthy, vaccinated, dewormed, and tested negative for feline leukemia virus. She also had her teeth cleaned. Griffin is distinctive looking with her round face. Griffin is undemanding and no trouble; she's not necessarily a lap cat, but likes to be near and to be petted. $25 adoption fee, cash only. Location: Quail Valley/Menifee, Southwest Riverside County. Local adoptions only; within 50 mile radius because we deliver animal to its new home. If interested, please email us with a little info about yourself, where you live, your family, and your other pets, etc. Thank you.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Griffin, a Quail Valley American Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Shorthair for sale in Quail Valley, or seeking a American Shorthair cat from a breeder in Quail Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Quail Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Quail Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Shorthair breeders who help with American Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Quail Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
