Little Man's Story...
This is Little Man. We have no idea of his origins, we believe he is a Terrier / Chihuahua mix. Little Man is approximately 7 to 9 months old and he currently weighs 12 pounds. Judging by the size of his paws we don’t expect him to grow any bigger in height but he may fill out a bit. He has a very sweet disposition, loves anybody that will pay attention to him and has been getting along fabulously with our two Much larger female dogs. He is crate trained and has gone overnight 8 -10 hours in his crate with no accidents and he appears to be fairly well house broken as well. We have not had any accidents during the time we have let him run loose in the house and he is very quiet once placed in his crate for down time. He loves to play with both us and our dogs and he is a bundle of energy. So far he has done very well with basic commands such as come and sit, but he does like to run and needs to be watched closely , not left out alone. A family with a place in their home, a fenced in yard and someone to play with would be a perfect fit for Little Man !

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Little Man, a Coppell Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua for sale in Coppell, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Coppell.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Coppell already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Coppell breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Coppell paves the way for another one to be saved.
