PETITE, CUTE & LOVEABLE
Meet LUCY LOCKET, an adorable 7 year old, smaller sized female Beagle who acts more like she’s 5.
Lucy Locket is as simple as they get! No issues, just well behaved, happy and loving. She’s quick to learn new routines, likes to play with other dogs and is cat friendly. Lucy is also crate trained, house trained and because she barks very little, would be good in an apartment or condo. She is low to medium energy and will even tell you when she needs to go potty! Lucy loves to ride in the car and sits in the passenger seat.
Here is Lucy’s most important adoption wishes:
A family, couple or single person who likes to take walks with her and who won’t be gone for 8 hours a day. She loves to walk and because she has arthritis in her knees, walking & exercise is good for her. She’s also looking for someone that she can be with all the time and to cuddle with.
A crate because she sleeps in one at night and when I’m gone
A fenced yard is nice, but she will potty on a leash and walking is good for her
Another dog is nice because she does like to play, but not absolutely necessary. She really wants to have her new owner to herself.

We generally go to the following Petsmart Adoption Events: 2nd Saturday of each month at Downers Grove, Illinois and the 3rd Sunday of each month at Machesney Park, IL. Please check the website to see which adoption event Lucy will be attending.
