Hello Everyone,
I’m Lisa Marie and, besides being famous, I’m a little Maltese girl of about two with beautiful and soulful brown eyes. My foster Mom says I’m incredibly cute and that I’m easy to have around. You see, I’m affectionate and also self sufficient! I like company (dogs and people) but I also like my space.
My doggy foster sister and I like to play – but when she’s not around I entertain myself. I like to watch the news, work on the computer (well actually Mom does the work but I’m there to help her!) take in a movie or two (on TV of course) and read. When Mom sits down to relax I’ll come and sit near her – but I’m not one to crawl into her lap and spend hours there, I do like my crate and my bed, too. Mom says I’m kind of a cat in a very cute dog body. (She says that’s a compliment and that there are lots of people who want a well mannered little girl like me.)
Dad says I love to ride in the car and go on walks. He says I’m also housebroken, know some commands and am not afraid to be alone.(He says I have a ‘big girl attitude’ and that’s a good thing. When Mom or Dad come home, however, I always show them how happy I am to see them. I do my ‘jump in the air ballerina’ act and they know I’m glad they are home.
Mom says I’m well-mannered and, in fact, put myself in my bed when it’s bedtime. And while I’m good with small dogs, older children and adults (and pretty good with elephants and giraffes) she’s not sure how I would be with cats. (It would probably depend on the cat).
With a lady or a gentle man with patience I will blossom. I am a great companion, do well on my walks (and short walks are fine, too) and am pretty low maintenance. Mom and Dad agree that I deserve a forever home where I can give and receive attention – and will always do my best to be responsive and please you.,
