Jasmine's Story...
I'm a four year old sweetheart! My family loves me very much, but they have lost their jobs and home and can no longer care for me. I need a loving home. I have been raised with dogs, kids, and other cats. I am very sweet and will even allow you to sit me between your legs to clip my claws. I eat Science diet indoor cat food (as I am indoor, only venture outside once in a while and stay on the porch....mostly) a 1/4 cup twice a day. I love treats and playing with toys and my family. My favorite toys are fuzzy balls and cat wands. I was bottle fed until I was strong. I like watching Animal Planet and sleeping with my family (watch your toes while you sleep, I like playing with moving blankets!) I am calm, up to date on all my shots, I am spayed and microchipped in case I get lost. Please look at my awesome photo's and adopt me to a loving home!!! I am puuuurrrrfect!! P.S. I am a sucker for chicken!

We don't have adoption "fees". We operate by donations only and 100% of donations goes for spay/neuter, vaccines, supplies and vet bills. If interested, please call 801-458-7938.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jasmine, a Washington Terrace Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Washington Terrace, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Washington Terrace.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Washington Terrace already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Washington Terrace breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Washington Terrace paves the way for another one to be saved.
