Segar is a sweet and spirited boxer-pitbull mix who came into a local shelter as a stray back in September. Segar was in rough shape physically and behaviorally when he came to them, but he has made great strides ever since. Segar has been doing his very best at working on his basic obedience, walking loose leash, getting to know other dogs in an appropriate way, and getting confident on the treadmill. Go Segar!!!!! Segar has high prey drive, so cats are probably not a good idea. Segar tends to get along with dogs who don't mind his very active style of play. He would do great in a home with a dog who liked to play, or as an only dog. He can be active and a real go-getter, but he can also be affectionate and calm with people.

Segar is an amazing dog who deserves his forever home!
