**Please note: we do not have a physical location, we are supported by a network of wonderful foster homes that are spread throughout New England. A dog will need to be visited by a prospective adopter in the foster home where they are feeling safe and comfortable.**

Skipper is the BEST dog! He is a handsome Labrador Retriever mix and has a shiny black coat with white markings and is one year old and about 50 pounds. Skipper is a sweet and gentle dog and is very affectionate. He loves to be held and cuddled and petted. Skipper has great manners and is always ready to be at your side for daily walks. His gentle and friendly personality endears him to everyone. Skipper looks forward to his daily playtime in the shelter yard, where be bounds about happily and loves to play with the toys. Skipper is a bright dog who should be easy to train. He is great with people of all ages and gets along with other dogs. Skipper will be a wonderful family dog! He was recently tested with cats and wanted to play with the cats, but did back away when our grumpy dog-testing cat hissed and lunged at him!
