Hello, world! I am Nanook, a 2 year old female husky. I was picked up by the dog warden recently with lots and lots of porcupine quills in my mouth. Needless to say, I've been a little sore. The nice shelter staff has been feeding me soft food so that I can eat without too much discomfort. I've been resting up, but hope that soon I will be whisked away to a home where I can be with people who love me. It gets kind of lonely sitting in a kennel run all day, and really all I've been doing is napping and waiting. Are you the person that I've been waiting for?
