Simmy's puppies's Story...
Simmy's puppies. These gorgeous puppies are lab mixed puppies and are about 7 weeks old. There are 9 all together (5 female and 4 male) and they will be ready to go home on March 19th and will make any family complete. They are very well socialized to men, women and children, other dogs and well...., can learn to live with the cat. They are typical puppies and love to play, eat, sleep, play, eat, sleep, and play, I think you get the picture. They will all be appropriately vetted for puppies of their age and will be micro-chipped. Their mommy, Simmy, will be up for adoption soon, found herself in a shelter with her puppies and desperately needed to get out. The shelter workers took good care of them for the first few days of their life, and then they came to LLR. They are healthy little puppies and momma did an awesome job of making sure of that. If you are interested in adopting one of these gorgeous puppies, please fill out an online application and request them on the notes section.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Simmy's puppies, a Salem Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Salem, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Salem.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Salem already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Salem breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Salem paves the way for another one to be saved.
