My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jack is a 4 year old Lab/Husky mix who weighs in at 112 lbs. Since he should be 75 lbs., he is better known as Walrus. Jack has been eating too many snacks and playing "couch potato" for last couple of years which means he is anxious to drop a few pounds and start a gradual exercise program. He gets along with other dogs once he gets to know them. Jack is couch trained, house trained and likes to lay around all day. Jack loves people and especially loves to be a cuddle bug (and is there a lot to cuddle!). Despite his weight, he is surprisingly healthy. Jack is currently in foster care, living on a couch.

As HAHS now has several adoption locations, please contact Mark at 816 807-3211 or email at: markbopp-hahs@comcast.net to find out when and where you can meet JACK!
